REV DR. JOHN NJENGA KAMAU

Rev. Dr John Njenga joined the Kenya Redeemed Church Riruta in 1994 at its infancy as a member. He served under several pastors as faithful member till he was appointed the Patron of the youth and incorporated in the Church Elders Board. At the time of joining the church, it was a small church of 13 members whose growth had been hampered by outdated teaching of traditions and legalistic culture that barred many young people from church. Rev Njenga actively championed for the abandonment of these culture and revamped the outreach programme of the church.
